Roy's original medal was lost and a replacement obtained.
Many of our Veterans who have served their country are awarded medals, but the majority do not receive the honour of having their medals presented to them. Roy's medal was presented to him by the director of the charity 'Arfon Williams' on Wednesday 12th March 2014, in a small ceremony.
