Kyle Clifford accidentally injured his teammate Oskar Sundqvist. Oskar Sundqvist was placed on injury reserve (LTIR). Oskar Sundqvist recovers from his injury and in order to activate him, the St Louis Blues waived Kyle Clifford in order to be below the salary cap. Would you consider this ironic?
