Is it ironic that...

Is it ironic that I was a heroin addict for 12 years, finally got clean. Clean for 17 years then started having chronic back pain and now my Doctor is having to prescribe opiate pain killers as nothing else works. Ironic? Maybe. Karma? Likely.
