Is it ironic that...

a cyclist hurt her head in an accident because her helmet�not strapped to her head but strung from her handle bars because she feared helmet hair�got caught in the front wheel and brought the bike and her crashing down? Is it ironic that the very device meant to protect her head caused her head injury.
