Is it ironic that a nice, residential community with a Home Owner's Association, posts a large, 'Neighborhood Watch' sign at their Community's main entrance, as a means to: 1) Warn and detour criminals that residents are always vigilant; watching out for and reporting any/all crime and suspicious activities. 2) Provide their residents a feeling of security. ...and then, to have the sign STOLEN! (?)
