In 1977 a man was convicted of murder and sentenced to life in prison. After the trial he was transported by bus from a jail to the Federal Pen east of Philadelphia. On the way there he asked the driver if he could turn on the radio. The driver obliged. The song playing was Elton John's Philadelphia Freedom.
