Is it ironic that...

I've worked as a chat moderator for 4 years, and I'm required to be fun and chatty with players. When I myself have Asperger's and don't truly understand the mechanics of human interaction. Is it ironic that I get paid $11/hr to do something that I can't seem to do in my own free time?
