I did a huge workout at the gym, heavy weights for my upper body and lower body plus an hour on the exercise bike, followed by an hours jog, followed by 1000 crunch curls and 1000 push ups. when I finally crashed on the cough existed, my flatmates thought the reason I was tired was I was back from the pub.
