Is it ironic that...

When my daughter was an infant, (under the age of two), she held a bottle of my perfume in her chubby little hands, looked thoughtfully at the label, and then pointed at it, as if she were "reading" and said, "Hmm. Peem - Pont!" Clearly, she knew she was not reading, and that the word was not pronounced "Peem-Pont". We both had a good laugh over it and have never forgotten the episode.
