Is it ironic that...

a high school graduate wants $100 to buy a much coveted pair of boots. What the graduate gets instead is a Bible from his parents. Upset, the grad never opens the bible until years later when the parents are deceased. The $100 was in the Bible the whole time. He asks his wife, "Why didn't my parents just tell me the money was in there?" The wife replies, "Why didn't you just read the Bible?"
