Is it ironic that...

Sarah buys a dress for a party. Turns out Jessica (her friend) has the same one. THey both get into an argument because nobody wants to change it. Sarah feels bad and exchanges it for a new one. She gets to the party and Jessica is wearing the SAME DRESS. She exchanged it for the same one too. Is this ironic? Or just coincidence.
