(Assume all assertions to be true for the purpose of this question.)Sacramento is trying to heavily subsidize potential NBA Kings owners to keep them from moving to Seattle. Seattle is offering no public subsidy. Is it ironic that Seattle can afford to subsidize, but Sacramento cannot?
