A friend is waiting in line at the police station, and is reading a poster about "drug identification". One of the photos shows a "cocaine kit", a little wallet size bag that has compartments for a vial, a mirror, and a razor blade. She expresses surprise and dismay, saying, "who would manufacture this kit and where would you buy such a thing?!" I wondered why she was at the police station. The reason she's at the police station is to purchase a license to sell alcohol.
