Is it ironic that...

I saw a little bird flying, trying to reach the farthest branch of my tree. The wind was so fierce, for a few seconds, it looked as though the bird wouldn't make it. The wind abated long enough for the bird to reach the the farthest branch; just in time for a strong gust to blow the branch from my tree.
